with the culture. Definition of a social system a culture, as a system of
meaning. We can use language to create new meaning, such as in utterance of the
speakers. It can be seen from the expression or the intonation when the speaker
said. Based on the utterance of the speaker it can be divided into two
categories, they are in spoken or in written form. Language has potential to
build the relationship, whether the speaker and hearer, and the writer and the
reader, and it can be found the power of language, whether from the meaning or
purpose. Semantic is the process of adding rules of meaning, which means that
symbols are given meaning by way of reference. The study of meaning or
practical semantics is also needed for communication better in daily life
activities. In other words, there is relationship between the social
environment and functional language. There is the crucial role of text
(language is playing a part of context situation) as the exchange of meaning.
